A few clear answers.
Can I download SalonStride today?
Not yet. We have a Mac test build and an iPhone/iPad development app. Real-device testing and release preparation are still in progress. Public downloads will appear here when ready.
Will the base app need the internet?
The base app is designed for offline everyday use, with data stored on your device. Downloading the app and installing updates require a connection. Optional online features will also need internet access.
Will my phone and tablet share data?
The current offline version keeps a separate database on each device. Automatic syncing is not currently available. Details of future online features will be confirmed before subscriptions launch.
What happens if I downgrade?
Our planned downgrade process will let you export your data, check the space available on your phone and choose what to keep locally. Storage warnings and online data retention terms will be explained before you confirm. This process is still to be built.
Does it have AI features?
The current app does not include an AI assistant. Any future AI features will be described separately, including their price and internet requirements.
